All our products, except the educatall club, CD-Roms, DVDs, software, distance learning, printable material, MP3 downloads, downloadable distance learning courses, non-medical masks and books, may be exchanged unless they are damaged. They must be returned in their original packaging at your cost.
If you receive a damaged item, it may be exchanged. Contact by email at support@educatall.com to obtain return authorization for the damaged item prior to sending it back to us. We will replace the item with the same product or an equivalent product as quickly as possible, free of charge. Return the item clearly marked as “damaged” to:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the products you ordered, except the educatall club, CD-Roms, DVDs, software, distance learning, printable material, MP3 downloads, downloadable distance learning courses, non-medical masks and books, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by email at support@educatall.com. We will accept that you return the products to us and reimburse you (with certain restrictions) or issue a credit note, depending on the situation.
