PERSONAL INFORMATION POLICY AND OPERATING LIMITS

(Quebec Law 25 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR))

1. Organization Identification

Educatall Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Educatall”) operates an educational web portal including, among other services, the Educatall online store, the Educatall Club, the online training platform, and the websites educatall.com, educatout.com and poni.ca (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
